Para saber más

The architectural structure of the Basilica bears certain influences from the Syrian-Palestinian and North African styles of the second half of the 5th century. It measures 21 x 14 m and is oriented east-west. It consisted of three naves, the central one separated from the side ones by two rows of columns, a baptistery, and a funerary area. To the east of the main nave was a sanctuarium, which housed the altar.

Para conocerlo mejor

In 1982, Aguiló's niece donated the land to the Manacor City Council, and excavations were subsequently carried out in the 1980s by the University of the Balearic Islands, the University of Barcelona,
