Vilanova de Arousa Marina and Port

About this port

This marina is in the Arousa Estuary. It is a place of great tourist attraction for lovers of the sea. It is an area with no mussel rafts, allowing sailing in free-of-danger waters and with sufficient depth. To the north, we find stunning beaches and to the south a footbridge over the sea.

Route and approach instructions

From the main channel of the Arousa Estuary and the buoy marking the entry point to Vilanova de Arousa, we have to take a southerly course leaving to starboard and port the multitude of mussel rafts until you the entrance channel to this port.

When passing the entrance, we can see the jetty attached to the dock of the maritime station. The small inlet around the port is dry at low tide, which we have to consider for draught reasons if we want to access this jetty.
