Gothic Church of Sant Llorenç

About this heritage

The church of Sant Llorenç undoubtedly meets that condition, with its façade standing out as you pass by, in the middle of the Plaza Mayor of Selva (Mallorca) and its pointed bell tower with paired windows and pyramidal roof rising above the surrounding buildings, seemingly trying to scratch the sky of the Raiguer region. It has been there for a long time, since the 14th century, when it replaced an even more primitive temple, although successive alterations have gradually changed its appearance.
