San Lorenzo Cross

The cross is located in the San Lorenzo festival field, on a square platform with two steps, the first being quite tall. It is built of granite and, on the platform, there is a cube-shaped base featuring an inscription and the date May 1707. Above this base rises an octagonal shaft, followed by a capital decorated with volutes. The cross topping the structure appears to be a later addition, as its size does not seem to match the rest of the cross.

This cross constitutes a valuable example of early 18th-century Galician religious and sculptural heritage.
