ESCAPE TO THE PENEDA NATIONAL PARK – GERÊS

Description

Soajo Nomadis, based in Vila do Soajo, in the Peneda Gerês National Park, creates this pioneer experience in this type of service. We intend to increase the surrounding water resources (rivers and dams) and be able to "give life" to the semi-abandoned places, such as the Lindoso-Soajo dam in half-walls with the Galician community. We will have at least five water activities, namely kayaking, rowing, river trekking, snorkeling, and thermal therapy. Another main objective is the creation of cultural bridges between the local population and the tourists so that there is harmony between the two worlds. There will be a person in charge at all times to monitor the entire experience. We will enjoy the only National Park in Portugal, from various perspectives during a week and experience it all, from the flavors to the friendly people, to the dazzling natural resources and its entire heritage.
