Description

• This two-day program, which can be reduced to just one, will allow participants the chance to experience two different activities within the only national park in Portugal, the Peneda Gerês National Park.
• The first day consists of a canyoneering activity in Ribeira de Carcerelha. It starts at the Peneda Gerês Adventure Center, where a tour guide will welcome you. The suggested route is extremely fun and exciting, with a wide variety of rope techniques, slides, guided rappels like, among others, classic rappel, and even jumps from different heights, all of which are optional. After the canyoneering activity, the tour guide will accompany the group to lunch at Café Lourido, a local café that serves numerous homemade snacks.
• At the end of the afternoon, participants will be able to check-in at the Tempus Hotel, located in Ponte da Barca, where they will have the chance to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay.
• On the second day, participants can take a fantastic 25 kilometers electric-bicycle ride with an accumulated difference of almost 900 meters. This route is in the heart of the Peneda-Gerês National Park, passing through mountains and valleys and getting to know some charming mountain villages. We will provide all the needed equipment to carry out this activity: Ebike KTM Kapoho274, gloves, helmet, and goggles.
• During the activity, participants will realize the full potential of electric biking since it provides an experience that amplifies the best of mountain biking, so enjoy the flow of energy and explore the best trails in the Peneda-Gerês National Park going up or down!
• Once the activity is over, the participants and the guide will have lunch at the Adega do Artur restaurant, where they will savor the homemade flavors of the mountain
• Towards the end of the day, the group will take another guided tour through Lindoso Castle, where they will learn different details about it, the history of the region, and its surroundings. The activity will finish around 17:00.
