The Caleta de Vélez marina is located in the population center of Caleta de Vélez within the municipality of Vélez-Málaga, an important capital city of the Axarquía region in Málaga, composed of 31 municipalities. The surroundings of the marina offer a tourist setting where you can enjoy a magnificent seafront promenade, hotels, leisure and entertainment centers. Near the marina is the Maro Cerro-Gordo Cliffs Natural Area, which has high environmental value both on land and within the marine mile, mainly characterized by spectacular cliffs and beautiful beaches with small coves. The Caleta de Vélez marina has 274 berths for boats from 6 to 20 meters, port administration facilities, restaurants, parking areas, motorhome area, a boatyard with a 150 Ton travel lift, forklifts of 15 Ton and 2.5 Ton. Nautical workshops, seamanship, and 24-hour surveillance. Blue Flag since 1996.
