Located at the bottom of the bay opening between Monte Urgull and Monte Igueldo, 1.5 miles WSW from the previous one, with an entrance 150 meters wide and 12 meters deep.
In the center of the bay lies the Isla de Santa Clara, just over 400 meters long, stretched NE-SW. The marina is situated south of Monte Urgull.

The marina entrance, 20 m wide with a 3 m draft, gives access to a triangular basin of modest size divided by a central breakwater forming two areas: the fishing port "Muelle de la Jarana" and the recreational port "La Lasta."
