About this port

The large grove and the streams that flow into the Miño River offer a wide perspective of the reservoir, allowing an appreciation of both its structure and the power plant. From this point, the riverbed can also be seen as it descends towards the confluence with the Sil, highlighting the changes the landscape has undergone since the reservoir’s construction. On the mountain slopes, ancient villages and vineyards can be distinguished, as well as the road and railway bridges that connect the two municipalities and provinces, adding historical and functional value to the surroundings.
