The port of Combarro is located in the Pontevedra estuary, boasting a privileged position surrounded by magnificent beaches and very close to the islands of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park. It has 334 berths with fingers, a captaincy building, and user services, with docks of 16, 18, 20, and 26 meters, as well as numerous other services. Marina Combarro is a five-star port, awarded the PIANC Jack Nichol” prize for excellence in marina design. It is accredited by the British Yacht Harbour Association with 5 Gold Anchors, the highest distinction a marina can receive for service and facilities. Combarro is an excellent anchorage frequented due to its protection by many boats anchored around it.

Towards the interior of the Pontevedra estuary, we find the beaches of Mala Peste and Área Barca. Notable and hazardous points for navigation in this area are the Ouriceira rock, the Malmuros rocks, and the Chancelas point, which extends a reef to the south and whose southern extremity is called Aguillón point. South of this point is the westernmost area of Tambo Island.

Ahead of us lie the coves of Combarro and Campelo. We must always remember that we are in a shallow area with sandy bottoms. Numerous mussel rafts anchor here. It is important to remember that where these rafts anchor, there is depth.

The port of Combarro consists of two piers; the larger one serves as a breakwater and hosts various service buildings, while the northern pier is smaller and shallow.
