In an eight-hour catamaran-crossing trip, participants will discover through the augmented reality and with stopovers Boiro and Pontecesures town, departing from the Vilagarcía de Arousa Port.
Leaving from the port of Cambados, we will get to know the fishing richness of the Arousa estuary in a traditional boat trip, as well as the cultural and marine heritage of the area. We will learn more about the marine ecosystem of this area in a participatory workshop given by shellfish gatherers.
This route shows us the natural environment of the island of Arousa: The Carreirón Natural Park, Punta Cabalo Lighthouse, the Areoso islet and the island of Rúa. We will also get to know the rest of the points of interest in the environment, the maritime signalling, the different fishing gear and the rafts.
