This marina is in the Arousa Estuary. It is a place of great tourist attraction for lovers of the sea. It is an area with no mussel rafts, allowing sailing in free-of-danger waters and with sufficient depth. To the north, we find stunning beaches and to the south a footbridge over the sea.
On the Miño River, there are sunbathing and swimming areas with public and private pontoons that offer kayak rentals, etc. There is a wide variety of hospitality services available. The proximity of the train and bus stations indicates the excellent transport connections.
Marina La Bajadilla shares the port area with the Marbella Fishing Port. Fishing activity is concentrated on the breakwater dock, while recreational boating takes place in the waterfront area.

Located in the very historic center of Vilagarcía, this site shows different levels of occupation in the final phase of the Iron Age, in the 1st century BC.
